Participation in the OWA Regional Career Expo is free to employers and job seekers.
The registration includes a booth space, a table, two chairs, access to Wi-Fi, and marketing support to promote the event and your company. Parking is validated for up to three hours.
We typically expect 200 to 300 job seekers to attend each job fair, depending on the season and current job market conditions.
Our job fairs attract a diverse range of job seekers, including recent graduates, experienced professionals, and individuals seeking career changes. We promote the event through various channels to ensure a broad audience.
You can register for the job fair by filling out the registration form. Due to the limited number of booths a representative will contact you and confirm the registration.
Yes, you are welcome to conduct interviews on-site. We provide huddle space for interviews if needed.
We promote the job fair throughout the Orange County Region partner organizations websites, and social media channels.
We expect around 200 employers from various industries to participate in the expo. A full list of participating employers will be available on our website and in the event app. You can use the app to explore the companies, learn more about the job openings, and prepare for your interactions at the event.
No, the OWA Regional Career Expo is free for all job seekers. We encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity to connect with top employers at no cost.
Bring multiple copies of your resume, a notepad, and a pen for taking notes. It's also a good idea to bring a portfolio of your work if applicable. Dress professionally, as if you were attending a job interview.
Research the companies that will be attending and prepare a few questions to ask them. Practice your elevator pitch so you can quickly and confidently introduce yourself to employers. Make sure your resume is up-to-date and tailored to the types of positions you’re seeking.
After registering, you’ll receive information on how to download the event app. The app will allow you to view the list of participating employers, their job openings, and additional resources like company videos and documents. You’ll also be able to chat with employers and scan QR codes at the expo to share your resume.
Free parking is available in Lot 5 across the street at the ARTIC.
If you can’t locate a specific employer at the event, check the event app for their booth number and location. Event staff and volunteers will also be available to assist you with directions and any other questions you may have.
